Detox Plan

The Detox Food Plan provides nutrition suggestions to optimize the metabolic detoxification process and lower the overall toxic burden.

With this guide you’ll learn to reduce food triggers, support liver function, provide targeted antioxidants, encourage healthy toxin elimination, balance hormone metabolism, and more!

Elimination Diet

The Elimination Diet walks you through the process of identifying foods that could be causing distressing symptoms. Some of the features of this diet are that it works to reduce inflammation, supports a healthy microbiome, promotes body awareness to food, and uses nutrients to heal the gut.

This elimination process can span over several weeks to months and involves removing common foods that could be the culprit, then reintroducing them one at a time to identify the true problem foods.

Phytonutrient Plan

The Phytonutrient Food Plan puts an emphasis on the natural compounds found in plant foods called phytonutrients or phytochemicals. For humans, phytonutrients aren’t essential, but they are very beneficial for overall health. They stimulate enzymes that help the body rid toxins, they support the immune system, promote cardiovascular health, and stimulate the death of cancer cells.

These powerful compounds are found in our colorful plant foods — green, yellow, orange, red, blue-purple, and white. This food plan works as a guide to incorporate a variety of phytonutrient-rich foods into your diet.

Cardiometabolic Plan

The Cardiometabolic Food Plan was developed for those with, or at risk for chronic metabolic conditions (cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, etc.). Diet and lifestyle interventions have been found to be very effective in treating these types of chronic conditions.

This food plan features a modified Mediterranean approach that is low glycemic and balances blood sugars, high fiber, emphasizes quality fats and phytonutrients.
