Getting Started on your Journey

STEP 1

Determine WHY you want this and is it enough to motivate you to make difficult diet and lifestyle changes, for the long haul.

There will never be a ‘perfect’ time for change but are you open to guidance and support by your health team to help you make changes to foster better health?

STEP 3

Get established with your health coach, Caitlin, to begin making a strong foundation for healing.

STEP 4

Contact Columbus OBGYN at 614-434-2400 or https://columbusobgyn.com to be scheduled with Dr. Houser for a functional medicine visit.

STEP 5

Once scheduled with Dr. Houser, gather any labs you have had done in the last 3 months, upload to your office portal, and continue working with your health coach.

STEP 6

On the day of your appointment, arrive promptly, bring a copy of your labs (just in case they were not received), a list of your current medications including dosages and any regular supplements used.
